Essentially the line Manager for the store-based team in a selection of retail stores both wholesale and standalone.
Meet and enhance retail and service objectives through ongoing development of the in-store team.
The Store Retail Teams are the key contact points for our clients and as such the development and management of them is pivotal
What impact you can create at Chanel:
•           Recruitment and retention/development of a Team of instore managers and beauty advisors
•           As the line manager to a team of BA’s you will be their day-to-day leader and first point of contact as a supporter and a leader
•           Ensure that the standards of the Company are projected to the clients in the points of sale designated
•           Create an atmosphere of motivation, excitement, and commitment from each team member to deliver objectives set from the ‘centre’ and by needs of individual stores
•           Build a positive working environment and a solid client database
•           In line with the Marketing calendar plan, communicate and deliver agreed retail sales targets (by axis) in an exemplary manner using all tools and testers available.
•           Ensure that the image of the Team and the projection of the counter reflect the values and expectations of the Brand.
•           Ensure that optimum levels of stock and support materials are available to meet sales and service requirements
•           Plan staffing rota that reflects the needs of the business ensuring that the team meets the requirements to deliver agreed objectives within each store
•           Client service and data capture are key and as such the appropriate levels of focus and results are delivered on an ongoing basis. Ensure that all stores are covered in a timely manner detailed in a monthly journey plan.

What you will bring to the role:Â
•           Minimum of 5 years management experience preferably within a multisite role
•           Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
•           A steady ‘hand on the tiller’ at times when challenges arise
•           Ability to prioritise workload, requests, and spontaneous scenarios across multiple sites
•           Ability to multitask but also to be methodical and consistent in the management of Chanel teams and direction to store management teams
•           Demonstration of being a team-player but also a leader and supporter
•           Professionalism and ability to act with unwavering discretion.
•           Ability to empathise and create a respected and respectful working environment
•           Experience within a concession model business, demonstrating operational excellence Â
