Role description:

You will be providing advice and education for pet owners, to ensure their dogs and cats get the right species-appropriate diet. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Customer service and case management of clinical cases, including maintenance of customer records
• Day to day retail operations to keep the store running smoothly
• Stock management and stock control including restocking freezers

This role will suit someone with the following background / experience / qualities:

• 2+ years customer service experience
• Strong interest / knowledge / personal experience of raw feeding cats / dogs (advantage)
• Able to lift up to 20kgs of stock
• Demonstrate a good work ethic and attention to detail
• Have strong, effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills
