About the job.

To be successful in this role there should be retail experience, with a proven ability to lead by example and give the best customer service.  An unmistakable talent and passion to provide a motivational, inspirational atmosphere for your team, along with the confidence to manage differing personalities in a team environment. Strength in offering ongoing comprehensive training, as well as driving floor sales.

Having experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential... a passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
