Job Description

This role will be integral in contributing to the success of restaurants achieving its ambition of ‘Delivering Excellence’. Our goal is to drive improved results in customer metrics such as NPS, restaurant shops and overall feedback channels e.g., Open table and Trip Advisor. This can be achieved through technical and soft skill training to manage capability gaps, tackle our problem areas and nurture our top talent.

About you

You’ll have previous experience as a trainer manager and passion for hospitality. These are some of the qualities that you’ll bring with you:

  • Ability to gather data and insights to diagnose learning needs, collect feedback, report on training completion, and continuously improve content
  • Previous training design experience to build end-to-end learner journeys based on briefing, discovery, and diagnostic measures
  • Capacity to deliver trainings
  • Stakeholder management
  • Project management
