Job Description

The Restaurant Operations Manager will lead our restaurant operations in all locations outside of the store in Knightsbridge. These outlets will consist of concession franchisee agreements directly operated sites. You will manage expectations of the key stakeholders and understand the purpose of the restaurants to determine what they deliver to these environments.

You will need to demonstrate sound commercial understandings and support both the restaurant managers and stakeholders to achieve budgets and business cases through the restaurant sites. In this role you will be required to travel to all locations domestic and international, periodically to ensure we have the right level of support and structure to deliver experiences that meet our customers’ expectations.

You will bring a wide scope of commercial understanding, and be able to actively find and develop opportunities to generate increased revenue across restaurants, monitoring performance and taking corrective action against underperforming areas. You will demonstrate strong work ethic and commitment to Harrods, being able to influence and drive forward ambitious behaviour in their teams to achieve and celebrate their objectives.

  • Good attention to detail which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels.
  • Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance.
