Every Harrods kitchen has a unique flavour and, as Restaurant Manager, you’ll be right at the centre of things, directing our service and inspiring a talented hospitality team to create magic and memorable experiences for every customer, every day. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the consistent delivery of the Restaurants sales, service & standards, while ensuring that profit targets are achieved and maximised, whilst demonstrating strong people management skills, business acumen and a fully flexible approach to the role whilst being an ambassador for the Harrods brand and values.

About you

You’ll have a strong track record of hospitality management experience, preferably with a prestigious hotel or high-end restaurant. Having a great knowledge and passion for food and drink is essential. You’ll have great organisational skills and a strong customer focus in everything you do. You’ll have exceptional people management skills to coach and direct the team, with the ability to build effective working relationships with support functions including Buying, Supply, Distribution, IT and HR. A keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach is a must.
