Exciting opportunity for Restaurant Managers ( 2 Positions) at Dante's 

We are looking for someone with proven experience in the hospitality industry.  

The successful candidates are required to have; 

- A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills.

- Administrative management experience

- Preparation of sales records and reports which includes banking, processing invoices and filling etc. 

- Stock control and purchase decisions. 

- Determining, implementing and monitoring strategies, policies and plans.

- Planning menus in consultation with chefs

- Selecting, training and supervising waiting staff.

- Directing staff activities and monitoring their performance.

- Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.

- Planning and organizing special functions including off-site events.

- Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.

- Marketing, promotion and relations with partners and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.

Must have a Manager's Certificate and a Full NZ Driving License

Two weeks paid training available for New Zealand Citizen or Resident class visa, holders.  Must demonstrate a minimum of two years of commitment.
