About you

You’ll have a strong track record of hospitality management experience and demonstrable experience in delivering sales, service, standards and food safety, while ensuring that targets are achieved and maximised. These are some of the qualities that you’ll bring with you:

• A knowledge and passion for food and drink that enthuses and inspires others
• Great organisational skills and a calm, level-headed manner
• A strong customer focus in everything you do
• Strong people management skills
• Hands-on approach
• A keen eye for detail
• Strong analytical skills to analyse sales performance
• IT literacy (including Word, Excel, Power Point)
