Job Description

This person will support MuleSoft’s Professional Services business in EMEA, reporting to the Manager, Services Operations. This person will be responsible for resource management, forecasting accuracy, financial planning and internal business processes in support of the regional Professional Services teams. This person will work closely with the Business Operations Analyst EMEA across various initiatives.

Responsibilities

Resource Management:

- Partner with Practice Lead to ensure the resource Skills Database is up to date, for both FTEs and SubCos

- Monitor, validate and route full range of resource requests, to maximize resource
utilization across FTE bench and prepare to engage SubCos as required
- Manage all resource assignments via PSE tool
- Work closely with RVP, Engagement Manager, and Practice Leads to understand the pipeline, in order to ensure revenue forecasts accuracy (in partnership with Biz Ops)
- Liaise with vendors to build and maintain a strong subcontractor resource practice, as well as gain a solid understanding of Partner capacity an demand
- Manage all individual SubContractor system onboarding
- Identify and report on key performance metrics, drawing key insights, leveraging them to help set the strategic agenda for the team. (Util, Timesheet compliance, etc)
- Create and publish weekly regional reports designed to deliver optimal management visibility on key metrics
- Partner with the DM and Project Support Ops person to ensure Timesheet compliancem and Estimate versus Actual reporting
- Help ensure high level of data quality in PSE

Desired Skills and Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks, prioritize multiple
projects and follow through
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to make sound decisions and judgments
- Ability to work to potentially time sensitive and pressure situations
- Ability to work independently and multi-task, in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of
individuals in a diverse community
- Excellent communicator
- Experience in a customer service role

- Experience working with management and well-versed in the practices and demands of progressive and evolving Services organizations
- Experience with resource management and scheduling.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce, OpenAir or other PSA tools
- BA/BS Degree
