Base Salary $78,077+ 17% superannuation – (Pro Rata)

About the opportunity

The Research Assistant will support a multi-faceted research and applied project by helping improve the accuracy of junior athlete evaluation and by providing evidence-based education and training to better support athlete development.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

apply software and statistical procedures to help swimmer performance evaluation

create coach and parent education material

implement and deliver coach and parent education training

deliver multiple coach education training courses/modules or workshops (local-national) annually

analyse and write-up existing and new study data for publication

About you

has experience in statistical analysis and software design

has experience in a coaching/training and or parental education environments

has or is working towards PhD completion.

has data analysis skills and expertise in writing publications must be willing to travel to multiple location locally and nationally

has experience in providing educational training activities with coaches and parents.
