Research and Insight Analyst – Interim – Dunstable / London/Home based - 3 days a week – we are happy to discuss flexible working options - more if needed.
This role is part of Whitbread’s insight team, and our purpose is to empower the business to make strategic consumer centric decisions. Whitbread operates in the fast-paced hospitality market as the UK market leader in paid accommodation with over 800 Premier Inn sites and growing as well as expansion in the German market. In restaurants we operate several brands across over 450 sites including Beefeater, Brewers Fayre, Whitbread Inns and Bar and Block.
The purpose for this role is to conduct research and analyse data to identify opportunities to improve our guest experience and brand across our hotels & restaurants and evaluate the impact of marketing on the health of our brands.
This is an interim role, so we are looking for someone who is experienced in insight and enjoys picking up any project and running with it, whether this is ad-hoc research or data from sources like our customer experience survey or brand tracking.
