Job Description

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Reporting Administrator, working as a part of the CBRE account team based remotely (home working) for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Job Purpose:

To provide timely and accurate reporting on a variety of topics, including but not limited to operational activity, purchase order management and aging, invoice detail, supplier data and SOX.

To be successful in the role it is key that the individual understands procedures, processes, and operates them to the required standards.

Key Tasks:


Contract

  • Identify and help drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure customer and GWS financial savings targets are maximized – ensure they are tracked through smartsheet and ValueTrack
  • Drive high quality commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments, better buying and use of preferred suppliers.
  • Compiling/reviewing of the Contract Review Pack
  • Supporting the team with meeting the KPIs on billing in line with Customer expectations

Finance

  • Co-ordination of the billing application, raising invoices and submitting to client 
  • Creation and review of management reports such as WiP, Unbilled Revenue, Debt, OPO's & Invoice Pool
  • Weekly report review and provide updates to LCS to include WiP, Unbilled Revenue, Debt, Invoice Pool and OPO updates
  • Adhoc support to the CS team with Raising Purchase Orders, processing invoices, downloading images to support with the financial back up as part of the reporting
  • Monthly support for regional finance managers to support with trail balance, transaction reports and general admin to support with the SOX reporting/requirements
  • Ad-hoc reporting as requested by Business Unit or Business/Finance.

Quality

  • Ensuring the reports requested and completed to a high standard with no errors providing the various team with the information required to drive efficiencies
  • Ensure the folder structures are functional and clearly labelled


You will work closely with the EMEA program manager to provide accurate and informative reports to the senior management team to support them with effective decision making and support the regional finance managers with reports and back up documentation in line with SOX requirements.

Person Specification:

  • Highly computer literate
  • Good use of excel and able to use VLookups and pivot tables at a minimum
  • Understands the requirements of operating in a contract environment.
  • Knowledge of SOX
  • Previous experience of a service industry role using operating systems such as Dynamics AX/iScala or Oracle.
