General Contracting Company focused primarily on Restoration and Renovation projects in the GTA.  We are growing rapidly, so we are seeking skilled tradespeople who want to grow and develop with us.  We are looking for someone who can help us build our reputation by providing excellent service while maintaining high levels of professionalism at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility will be to provide quality work in accordance with company standards to meet the customer’s needs
• Perform several aspects of the restoration and renovation process
• Coordinate with other team members/contractors to ensure that work is completed in an efficient manner
• Ensure proper completion of each project by following company procedures
• Maintain accurate records on job completion dates while maintaining quality standards at all times
• Must be a team player

Qualifications:

Should have experience in some of the following skills:

• Drywall
• Carpentry – Rough and Finish
• Flooring – Tile, Wood, Vinyl
• Painting
• Wall Repair – Patching and Plaster
• Demolition and Cleanup
• Basic Plumbing and Electrical knowledge is an asset
• 2-3 years of renovation experience
• Fluent in English is a requirement, knowledge of Spanish is a bonus
• Driver’s license, must have your own vehicle
