A Remote Recruiter is needed for a full-time opportunity with Day & Zimmermann located in North Carolina. Should be within reasonable driving distance to a deployment military base.
Recruiter will conduct full cycle recruiting in support of International Operations and the WPS program to include identifying, attracting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates and preparing them for selection, processing, and hiring. This position will work closely with the Operational Support Team and various Program Managers from within the organization to effectively deliver qualified candidates to achieve staffing objectives. The incumbent will be held accountable for personal output while contributing to the overall success of SOC’s WPS Program.
The Work You’ll Be Doing:
Determines candidate requirements by fully understanding job descriptions and qualification requirements as outline by various contract vehicles.
Continuously works towards increasing applicant flow by placing job advertisements via the internet and other pertinent employment service delivery systems; and successfully utilizes creative sourcing techniques and social networking tools for attracting top talent. Must attend recruiting events at various locations.
Determines candidate's qualifications, KSAs, and cultural fit by conducting behavioral interviews, analyzing responses, and verifying references while evaluating applicants on a consistent set of job requirements.
Assists with the design, modification, and shaping of efficient, compliant and scalable recruitment processes, practices and strategies to meet organizational needs and business objectives. Assures legal compliance with federal hiring regulations in regards to all talent acquisition initiatives and related programs.
Consistently following up with candidates to maintain relationships and ensure candidates continually move through the various processing steps.
Responsible for posting/updating/removing all assigned open positions on external Job Boards and in the company's applicant tracking system, Bullhorn while maintain consistent notes in Bullhorn for each applicant. Maintains the PIRS database pertaining to all Recruitment issues and/or tasking.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of high volume corporate and/or agency recruiting required; and/or WPS OCONUS experience.
Recruiting certifications, not required but preferred.
WPS deployed or recruiting experience and/or prior military highly preferred.
Microsoft Office Suite, Bullhorn, and other relevant ATS applications. 
Great attitude and team player.
Successful completion of background screening process.
