Booth Lifehouse based in Grimsby provides accommodation and support to homeless men and women, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Concierge, who has great communication skills and an enthusiasm for working with vulnerable homeless people.
Key Responsibilities:
The Concierge will provide assistance with Housing Management functions in the Lifehouse and will be the first point of contact for everyone accessing the centre. The successful application will be responsible for managing a busy front office environment, including dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, engaging with clients, staff and external visitors. The successful candidate will also work alongside other members of staff to ensure the service is welcoming.
