William Booth House provides accommodation and support based on individual needs to 109 homeless males and females aged 18 and above.

Key Responsibilities: As a Concierge - Relief Worker you will provide assistance with Housing Management functions in the Lifehouse and will often be the first point of contact for everyone accessing the Lifehouse. The role is also pivotal in ensuring our vision for high quality, outcome focused support services is delivered. In addition, you will be working through the night and be responsible for managing a front office environment. Including dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, engaging with clients, staff and external visitors. The duties may also include some light cleaning.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of managing a front office environment
• Good record keeping and data management skills
• Experience of working with vulnerable and high complex needs clients who may display challenging behaviour.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good team working skills
• Proficient in a range of IT packages including Microsoft
