We are looking to recruit a Relief Charity Shop Manager to manage the daily running of either of the 2 Charity Shops detailed above, when the permanent managers are absent.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the shops by giving due attention to shop appearance, stock, volunteer staff, administration and security. The relief manager will ensure that a safe environment is created where financial profitability of the shops is sustained.

The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:

• Previous experience of working within a charity / retail shop environment
• Willingness to be flexible
• Open to learning key skills in Health & Safety, Fire Safety, First Aid and Manual Handling
