The Opportunity:

Flextrack is a Contingent Workforce Services Firm that specializes in Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). As our Relationship Coordinator you will be a key component of Flextrack’s delivery to its clients and our overall success. This maybe the right role for you if you have a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, customer service orientation, an analytical mind, and are motivated to achieve excellence in all that you do.

Day to day you will:

• Complete CRM entries for consultant contract data
• Track and set up Agencies
• Prepare reports (internal and client facing)
• Distribute and track surveys (consultant and MSP)
• Review and analyze client invoices to ensure accuracy
• Troubleshoot and respond to client questions and concerns
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Accounting, IT and other internal teams to resolve client or consultant issues

• Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ideally, you enjoy using Excel and are comfortable with basic functions and pivot tables.

• 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administration role
