Continuum Rehab Group (CRG), an in-house Rehab Management Company, is seeking a Rehab Technician to join our team in Ft. Worth, TX!

OVERVIEW

Administrative Rehab Tech will work with Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Commercial Insurance companies and CRG to ensure appeals/denials claims are processed and timelines are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify therapy payors from PCC, Common working file or other software.

• Facilitate telehealth sessions for remote based therapists. 

• Send ADR checklist to facility RRT (rapid response team) and ensure deadlines are met.

• Email and call facility RRT (rapid response team) to get needed documents for ADRs prior to deadline. Micromanage the ADR document collection process.

• Work closely with ADR Specialist to ensure files are received timely and organized

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to follow directions, detail oriented and have multiple projects at a given time.

• Prior Rehab knowledge and/or experience is a huge plus.

• Excel, Word, Outlook proficiency is required.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

• This position is based out of Ft. Worth, TX covering multi-sites (drive time paid).

• Paid Hourly, rate determined by experience level.
