Right now, we have exciting opportunities for skilled Registered Nurses to join the Assessment Unit at Whangarei Hospital. This is an exciting time to join the team as the Unit is preparing to expand further to a 24-hour, 7 day a week service and increasing bed numbers.
We're looking for Registered Nurses with experience in acute care settings: medical, surgical, orthopaedic, cardiology, acute assessment environment or emergency care.
You will have advanced assessment skills and experience in the early recognition and management of the deteriorating patient.
If you have CORE training, experience with cardiac monitoring and ECG interpretation it will be an advantage in this fast paced dynamic environment.
