About the Role

Our client is looking for Registered Nurses to join their team in their beautifully located home in the Northern Beaches NSW. A night shift position, after hours supervisor Mon – Thurs from 10p.m – 7a.m

Key responsibilities include

Reporting directly to the Residence Manager, you will be a part of our highly motivated team of Carers and Nurses.

You will be responsible for leading the direct care and services team in providing quality personal, social and emotional care and support to residents and their representatives in accordance with companies Values.

To be successful in the role you will have

Strong leadership and communication skills

Expertise in medication administration and wound care

Adept computer skills

Current AHPRA registration

Highly developed verbal and written communication skills

Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care

Five-star customer service

Minimum of 3 years experience

Desirable:

Dementia Competency
