About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse – Operating Theatre
The successful applicant will be required to work rostered shifts.
We are looking for a motivated health professional to join our Theatre Services Team. This position will provide you with the opportunity to work in partnership within multi-disciplinary teams to create environments which:
Provides safe quality care to patients
Opportunities for ongoing development of professional knowledge, skills and abilities
The ability to foster collaborative relationships within the clinical area
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a skilled team. You will need to have great work organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and an understanding to the principles of the theatre structure, with an on-going commitment to service improvement.
About you
It is essential that applicants currently hold the legal right to work in NZ and hold a current NZ Annual Practicing Certificate.
To join our team you'll need to have previous experience in intraoperative nursing services environment. Experience in Operating Theatre preferred but not essential.
