Key Responsibilities

Working collaboratively with the team

Strong leadership skills to be in charge on shifts

Strong written communication for detailed reports and records of critical ICU patient 

Consult and coordinate with health care team members about patient care plan

To be successful in the role you will have

Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration

1-2 minimum years experience

National police clearance and working with children check

Flu vaccination and Covid-19 vaccinations

Current drivers’ licence

Valid CPR certificate

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Understanding of the standards required for documentation and electronic data management

Commitment to ongoing participation in education, professional development, evidence-based research and quality assurance

A high level of clinical skills and motivation to provide excellent service

Ability to problem solve and explain complex issues
