About the Job

• As a Registered Nurse, you will provide hospital care and work with people to achieve outcomes towards their goals in community living
• Assist and support residents to remain as independent as possible in their daily lives 
• Work in a model of care that  enriches the lives of people with disabilities

About you 

• A Registered Nurse with a current APC
• Strong organisational and great communication skills 
• Experienced working within a multi-disciplinary team and effectively in a team environment 
• Work Previous clinical knowledge and practice within the disability or rehabilitative services is preferred but not necessary.
