As a Registered Nurse, you will lead and develop the team of dedicated Caregivers to ensure positive resident outcomes, as well as develop and monitor care plans, carry out clinical assessments, and be a trusted liaison between families and GPs.  

Supported by the Clinical Services Manager, you will be offered a wide range of specialist pathways, leadership and management development, and a high-trust and empowering work environment.

You will bring:

• Current NZ Registered Nurse Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
• Previous Registered Nurse experience (Aged Care / Dementia experience would be an advantage)
• Sound written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritising skills
• Computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Empathy towards others and the drive to make a difference in the lives of others
