As a Registered or Enrolled Nurse in the Day Procedure Unit your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver evidence based and quality clinical nursing care
  
• Liaise and support the multi-disciplinary team
  
• Ensure patient and staff safety
  
• Uphold, promote and practice according to the ACORN standards

Ashford Hospital is one of the largest private hospitals in Adelaide, located 5kms from the CBD, with close proximity to public transport. Ashford Hospital is supported with 9 operating theatres, 24 bed ICU and an Emergency department. Essential Criteria:

• Current registration with AHPRA
  
• South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance
  
• Sound knowledge of Day Procedure
  
• Commitment to Quality Patient Care
  
• Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Works well independently and within a team
  
• Basic computer skills
  
• Understanding of ACORN standards

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the "Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance (ACHA) & Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) South Australian Branch - Nurses' & Midwives - Enterprise Agreement - 2017-2021 ('Agreement' or 'Enterprise Agreement')" (salaries range between $29.57 - $60.94 per hour)
