About this role
BT Redcare operate within a specialist area within Enterprise where we have the space, focus & support to continue developing whilst working alongside similar units in an exciting, varied, and fast-paced industry.
This role is essential to retain existing & grow the new customer base to deliver revenue for BT Redcare in line with budget requirements. The role expands BT Redcare’s brand within our industry. The Regional Sales Manager must become our customers go to person for industry knowledge, gathering market intelligence to feed back to the business. The Regional Sales Manage will deliver against Revenue targets, understand existing customer base & identify new opportunities for growth. They will also reflect the customers details, opportunities & activities within Salesforce & support these customers during day-to-day business or tenders. The Regional Sales Manager will manage customer relationships through understanding of their needs & industry trends.
Please note for this role there is requirement to travel through Scotland and Northern Ireland, some overnight stays may be required to maximise coverage along with attending any central management meetings.
You'll have the following responsibilities
Meet revenue & EDITDA targets through creating, delivery & execution of an efficient & robust sales plan for their customers.
Recommends and delivers customer solutions by applying specialist knowledge of the BT Redcare portfolio & services.
Measure all metrics & performance against sales plan & KPI’s. Deliver improvements ensuring continual updates & maintenance is made on Salesforce.
Manages a specific region, accountable for customers & targets within this area.
Deliver the right messaging that drives growth for the business & differentiates Redcare in the industry compared to it’s competitors.
You'll have the following skills & experience
Entrepreneurial approach – able to prioritise activities, showing effective sales skills.
Exceptional sales negotiation skills – able to identify and manage customers levers & drivers
Develop an excellent understanding of Security industry technology & use this to take effective action. Be respected in the security market and be the recognised source of reference for all customers who require support
Worked successfully within a Security or communications-based sales team & have knowledge of the business.
Managed customers & relationships to sustain & grow revenue.
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems to manage & report
Worked with people from other business locations or functions to achieve best results.
Full driving licence and ability to travel as appropriate to cover the geographical area.
