About this role

A Regional role managing and driving planning activity to underpin the delivery of Multiple dwelling units (MDUs) across various regions and within the required timescales. 

The role holder will look to continually identify opportunities for efficiency, quality and overall output improvements. Putting in place plans to drive this with our partners and stakeholders and leading through to completion.

The role holder will be heavily involved in the supervision of our offshore partners TCS as well as managing desk-based team members.

You\'ll have the following responsibilities

  • Day-to-day supervision of offshore planning teams to drive output.
  • Prioritisation of work to deliver customer outcomes across several regions.
  • Performance reporting and quality measurement across the e2e process, identifying risks & issues and developing action plans to resolve these.
  • Leadership of team-members to support the above
  • Daily engagement with regional build stakeholders exploring and unlocking any issues encountered
  • Regular stakeholder management at Senior Manager level across internal and external teams, occasionally at Director and Regional Director level. 
  • Driving fluidity across planning queues

You\'ll have the following skills & experience

  • Expert knowledge of programme led delivery.
  • Good understanding of e2e MDU planning, survey and build processes.
  • Proven track record of delivery through matrix teams.
  • People skills: adept at creating relationships internally and externally to both gather information and communicate it at the right time to the right person, and to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: able to cope in a fast-moving environment and with multiple scenarios/activities, and to deliver to deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of Excel and ability to report on multiple data sources.
