We are looking for an experienced person to join our team of Regional Managers, to cover Wales/South West England. This is a strategic role looking at growth and development as well as developing links with commissioners, government, partners and housing providers. The role has overall responsibility for the region’s services including 8 contracts and additional grant funded programmes, 2 of which are major prime contract partnerships with other providers. Services include Floating Support, Young People, Housing First, ex-Armed Forces and single homeless as well as award winning outreach services.
Responsibility covers all operational aspects such as contract management, quality KPIs, budget compliance, health and safety, new business, safeguarding and HR issues. The role has direct line management responsibility for an Assistant Regional Manager, a Contract Manger as well as some Service Managers
The role spans all Wales and South West England and requires travel to the services on a regular basis. Attendance at team meetings and conferences, which may necessitate being away from home overnight and a car is provided with this role.
Hours: Minimum of 35 hours per week
