Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in transformation programs, interfacing with executive stakeholders, or in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience working in a Business-to-Business Services organization with industry experience in cloud computing, enterprise, software, or services.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA in marketing, financial management/operations, strategic management/planning, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in the cloud IT market and experience with enterprise software purchase cycles, cloud based subscription markets, and working with IT partners.
  • Experience with spreadsheet analysis and SQL.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, manage complex strategic/operational initiatives, and scale effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and present to stakeholders and executives, spanning all organizational levels.
  • Ability to speak and write in French or German fluently.

As a Regional Corporate Sales Engagement Lead, you will focus on Consulting, Learning, and Customer Care offer design/development, marketing communications, sales enablement, commercial operational effectiveness, and long-term strategy recommendations to help our customers/partners maximize their investment in Google Cloud.

In this role, you will engage with sales, customers, and partners across the EMEA and the JAPAC region.You will be responsible for building excellent partnerships with regional field teams. You will work with and present to internal stakeholders and external customers and partners at all levels along with working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business growth and activation for customers/partners.
  • Collaborate to develop a strategic plan through Marketing and Communications, Promotion Design, or System Workflows.
  • Deliver field enablement sessions and customer promotions, and partner with customers and enterprises to identify opportunities that can be addressed through Google Cloud’s Customer Experience offers.
  • Work across cross-functional teams to drive business growth and activation rates for customers through offers, programs, and enablement.
