The core tasks of this role are:

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Logistical planning and scheduling.
• Organizing assessors calendars.
• Calling customers and booking appointments.
• Sales support for our Sales Assessors nationwide.

We anticipate the successful applicant shall:

• Experience in route planning and logistics.

EnergySmart’s mission is to improve the wellbeing of families living in cold, uninsulated houses through the Warmer Kiwi Homes Program. We install insulation and heating into thousands of homes per year across New Zealand.
