A fantastic opportunity for an innovative manager with a rostering background to grow in their career within this regional role. 

The Regional Allocations Manager is responsible for the management of a regionally based allocations team to roster and deploy staff to meet the service needs of the clients customers.  The successful candidate will have significant leadership accountability to drive efficient and effective rosters for customers and care workers.

Duties include:

Senior Stakeholder engagement across the region. 

Standardised rostering practices compliant with the Enterprise Agreements and other employment regulations;

Patterned rosters;

Lead a team of 4-5 Rostering Coordinators 

Quality time keeping performance

Ensure only care workers who are cleared to deliver services are trained to deliver the type of service and are matched to customer preferences are allocated

Optimise customer matching preferences and requests;

Reduce safety risk through pattern development that fosters task variety each day.

Successful candidate needs to be living in VIC/NSW/ACT
