About You

You will be a self-starter who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. You will be confident working autonomously and have excellent communication skills to enable you to quickly build rapport with a wide range of people at various levels.

You will be proficient with IT systems including having an intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

You will thrive on taking initiative and have outstanding organisational skills that will enable you to prioritise so that you can successfully multitask and manage simultaneous deadlines.

About the Position

We are looking for a Recruitment and Training Coordinator to join our Mataura Plant and take ownership of this dynamic role.

You will be reporting directly to the HR Administration Manager and will support the business performance drive by providing excellent coordination and hands-on administrative support for the recruitment and employee life cycle training requirements of new and current seasonal employees at Mataura.

Key Responsibilities for this role include :

• Ensuring that the Mataura Plant seasonal labour needs are met through the coordination and administration of both the returning seasonal employee process and the recruitment and selection for new seasonal process workers.
• Ensuring all induction and on-boarding requirements for all seasonal workers, including associated administration procedures and pastoral care elements of overseas workers, are completed in an accurate, effective and timely manner.
• Ensuring accurate, effective and timely coordination and administration of all training and development activities.
