About this role
The Job is to support the recruitment team in the consumer side of the business with day-to-day delivery of campaigns whilst working on a wider strategy to overcome D&I challenges and future plans for growth in hiring. The role is key in delivering recruitment goals within a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring that we are aligned to the BT brand and delivering on BT’s D&I ambitions.
You'll have the following responsibilities
• Delivers projects and initiatives that support the specialist area. Provides data analysis and reporting; creating recommendations improve processes and ways of working
• Works proactively to deliver BAU solutions and future planning and strategy
• Provides expert input around recruitment marketing, channels, and campaign metrics.
• Supports the business across a wide range of locations and local nuances to ensure that campaigns support a national strategy aligned to local talent pools.
• Accountable for leading and partnering with the business across a wide range and level of stakeholders and ensuring delivering on short term goals and innovating for longer term initiatives.
You'll have the following skills & experience
• Worked alongside colleagues across a range of skills – social media, creative, etc.
• Delivered campaigns for attraction in a volume business.
• Delivered work of a high quality to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
• Monitored cost and budget management across numerous campaigns to deliver results and monitor ROI.
• Developed an internal network of strong working relationships you can call on to assist with your role
• Innovating and using existing knowledge to shape solutions to achieve standout and D&I across hiring outcomes.
• A clear understanding of briefs, creative, media, social, metrics and working with recruitment partners across the recruitment marketing space.
• A positive attitude to dealing with changing workloads and priorities
• Ensuring that the central EVP and Employer Brand are continuously supported to delivering bespoke and local solutions whilst protecting the pan BT EVP.
• Embraced the need to have cross functional relationships to best deliver on recruitment goals by embracing best practise through knowledge sharing
• Delivered a project ahead of time
