Our high-performing Education recruitment team in Wellington is looking for their next consultant. This role is perfect for someone with a recruitment, customer service, travel, hospitality, retail or sales background.

You will be responsible for rostering our pool of educators into day-to-day shifts in childcare and outside school hours care. You will work with clients across the education industry to provide the very best service. You will spend a lot of your time on the telephone, speaking to our educators and clients.

In this role you will have the opportunity to join our extensive onboarding program, have ongoing on-the-job support and clear career progression.

A day in your new role

• Roster candidates into last-minute and future shifts
• Managing and coaching your pool of educators, providing feedback and support
• Assist with payroll & invoicing queries
• Achieving individual and team revenue targets and KPI's
• Connecting with clients regularly via phone calls & visits
