The role

We are currently looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Business Support & Contact Center team. As a team, we pride ourselves on being a fun, outgoing and inclusive workplace. Together we over achieve our goals and genuinely enjoy what we do.

In this role you will have the opportunity to recruit for some of our largest, high-profile clients operating at a 360 level, working both a variety of exciting permanent and temporary roles.

A typical day:

• Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to placement
• Work with your dedicated candidate manager to create a talent pool
• Business development and meeting with various clients to become a recruitment partner of choice
• Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced, driven and resilient professional who is focused on delivering the best possible results each and every day. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, will strive to over-achieve targets whilst working proactively in a team environment. We are looking for candidates with commercial acumen, business sense and most importantly an outstanding work-ethic.
