Recruitment Consultant Corporate Talent Solutions

  • We currently have an opportunity to join our Corporate Talent Solutions team as a Client Manager. Your desk will be a hybrid desk looking after Temporary, Permanent and Fixed Term solutions for our clients.

About the Role:

  • As a Client Manager in the Corporate Talent Solutions team at Beyond Recruitment, you’ll be partnering closely with our customers, building relationships, understanding their business, and delivering to roles across Admin support, Accounting Support and Call Centre Customer Services.
  • This opportunity will allow you to engage with some of New Zealand’s commercial, public sector and well-regarded SME organisations.
  • There is a readily available portfolio of qualified contacts and companies to engage with.
  • We are very busy and are keen for another wonderful, highly driven recruiter to join the team.

About You:

  • To be successful in this role you will have a natural sense of urgency, the desire to be successful and be prepared to do what it takes.
  • You will have previous agency recruitment experience, and we are very open to the experience you may have. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates and understand the best way to achieve positive outcomes.
  • In this market working with both clients and candidates is key. You will be someone who loves to build relationships and at the same time you love success.
  • This success will see you earning great commissions and building enduring repeat business.
