As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for building up new business for your desk and generating a strong book of candidates. We would expect the successful candidate to be able to use their initiative to develop appropriate solutions and make decisions when required.

What you’ll be responsible for in this role:

• Managing your own perm desk within the Care industry
• Growing your own scope and reach of your desk
• Working towards reaching the companies financial targets

• Building a strong book of candidates

To be successful in this position you will: 

• Have previous recruitment or sales experience
• Demonstrate you are a strong, consistent billing consultant
• Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach 
• Thrive in a target driven environment 
• Have excellent communication skills and capable of leading and dealing with stakeholders at all levels
• Possess the ability to work under pressure
