We are working with an education and wellbeing provider who are growing nationwide, they are looking to bring on a recruitment and compliance coordinator on a part time basis for around 6 months.

• Temp, part time Recruitment & Compliance Coordinator position starting ASAP
• 6 months temp contract – 20 hours a week
• Based in East Auckland or Wellington CBD

About the job

As an incoming recruitment/ compliance coordinator you will work closely with internal case managers to identify areas around auckland that need specific or an increase in providers.

• Source appropriate providers (using relevant professional bodies and associations)
• Process all provider applications through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and EAP Executive
• Produce and manage the contracts for all providers
• Conduct compliance checks including references, professional body checks on APC
• Answer any general enquiries

Who are they looking for?

Ideally you will have experience in recruitment, compliance or managing contracts and be able to communicate well and engage easily with providers / councillors/ psychologists. Additionally, you will have:

• Strong attention to detail and be very process driven
• Have a sense of urgency and have proven experience of working towards a deadline
• Be able give examples of being proactive in a previous role and pick up systems quickly
