I am searching for a confident and reliable Recruitment Advisor to join this excellent team, based in the CBD.

In this role you will be ensuring that management has the right support, and practices in place to source the markets top talent, at the right time to meet the organisations people capability needs. This is achieved through appropriate advice and guidance to managers, and responsibility for centralised activities such as advertising and testing. This role works within the wider People and Culture team, ensuring HR overall is a collaborative, high performing, customer centric group.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Advising hiring managers on recruitment processes and recommended sourcing strategies
• Ensuring high quality Position Descriptions and Job ads are in place
• Maintain a high level of awareness on emerging recruitment and labour market trends in order to provide high quality advice on appropriate recruitment strategies
• Work collaboratively with external suppliers to ensure the organisation has strong, effective working relationships that deliver quality outcomes

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant recruitment experience with exposure to a variety of recruitment tools and methodologies
• Demonstrates a commitment to customer service along with excellent communication and influencing skills
• An effective written communicator that is customer centric
• A collaborative, team-player with strong inpersonal skills
• Strong organisation skills with an ability to maintain delivery against multiple priorities and stakeholders
