Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to become an integral member of a team of dedicated, candidate-focused individuals. 

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to –

Coordinate and support the recruitment team in efficiently processing and improving national administration services

Support the team to achieve its strategic targets, working closely with the Team leader and Consultants on administrative tasks

Effectively coordinate the process for collecting, uploading, and assisting with recruitment documentation for candidates

Support the business by maintaining records on completion of competencies and contracts

Data entry of candidates

The ideal candidate will possess:

Exceptional presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

PC literacy

Willingness to learn and adapt to changing markets

Initiative, flexibility, and strong attention to detail

Client oriented, with the ability to focus on and achieve targets within deadlines

Ability to work at a fast pace and multi-task
