Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides departmental coordination and support to the talent acquisition and retention activities for our organization. This is a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment where sense of urgency and attention to detail are essential. The Coordinator will establish and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all individuals, will listen carefully, and perform as an essential team member.

  • Supports the candidate sourcing and engagement process
  • Corresponds with candidates via email, text, and phone regarding opportunities
  • Makes initial contact via ATS
  • Assists with coordinating and gathering information for job fairs, meetings, conferences and trainings
  • Assist candidates when they call or come into the office for screening
  • Leads grassroots candidate sourcing initiatives
  • Leads pre-employment and on-boarding process maintaining contact with New Hire and Hiring Team on behalf of Talent Acquisition Team
  • Supports in the development of presentation materials and etc.
  • Assists in maintaining recruiting reports and KPI’s
  • Completes projects and other special assignments as requested by supervisor and / or TA Leadership

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 yr of HR Administrative experience in a fast pace environment
