My client based in Downtown Vancouver is seeking a Recruiter to join their growing team. The Recruiter will partner with the current HR team to execute a variety of exciting projects combined with key responsibilities of the role including full cycle recruitment - drafting job postings, screening, interviewing, offer letters, onboarding, offboarding, and much more as this organization continues to grow in the market.

Requirements

Requirements for this role are heavily focused on soft skills. My client is a seeking hard-working, humble, and emotionally intelligent individual who is just as passionate about HR and creating a phenomenal employee experience as she is. Previous experience in a recruiting role is highly advantageous and/or someone with a can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
