My Downtown client is seeking a highly organized, driven and fun recruiter to join their growing People & Culture Team. This role is within the entertainment industry. As the lead recruiter you will be joining a well established organization. Some of the key responsibilities will include; full cycle recruitment pre-screening candidates, sourcing , scheduling interviews, onboarding candidates, collaborating with senior level managers and understanding the key responsibilities of each role., engage in HR projects and initiatives and. You will have the opportunity to recruit for a variety of roles form junior right up to senior level. You will be joining a fun and exhilarating team in a highly collaborative and flexible work environment. You will also be given the opportunity as you continue to grow with the organization the opportunity to grow in other areas of HR. This will be a hybrid role.
Requirements:
-At least 1 -2 years experience in a full cycle recruiting role
-Previous experience within the entertainment and/or hospitality industry
