Job Description

We are looking for a receptionist to help one of our Lower Hutt clients while they recruit permanently. This role is for 3 months to start, ASAP and potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

General Duties:

  • Setting up meeting rooms/ booking appointments
  • Reception and assisting visitors with queries
  • Data entry – updating information in systems
  • Facilities management and administrative tasks
  • Problem solving and rapport building

To be successful in these roles you must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Proven customer service skills and administration skills
  • Excellent ability to problem solve
  • High level of communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a variety of people
  • Flexible and adaptable in challenging environments
