If you enjoy being the friendly face that greets customers as they enter the building, helping out around the office, and stepping in to save the day with a strong cup of coffee, then this role could be for you! We have partnered with a flooring company and they are looking for a Receptionist who enjoys wearing multiple hats - you’ll need the following attributes to be considered:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Customer service oriented; Quick learner, positive attitude, and team player.
What you’ll do:
- Answer incoming calls and redirect to the right person.
- Welcome walk-in customers.
- Monitor email inbox and direct queries to relevant teams.
- Manage mail (courier, open & distribute)
- Assist with typing letters / quotes for sales team.
- Scan, print, and store documents as required.
- Process cash sales when needed.
- Accounts receivable / Accounts payable assistance needed.
- Manage office supplies.
What you’ll need:
- Receptionist experience of at least 2-3 years.
- Understanding of accounts receivable / payable considered an asset.
- Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Accounting software experience considered an asset.
