Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact to greet visitors and residents 
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner 
  • Visitor sign-in and out and maintenance of the carpark and key register 
  • Respond to call bells and action any health and safety requirements
  • General administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Village
  • Assist the Social Co-Ordinator with Village activities

Key Requirements:

  • Great customer service skills, friendly and personable
  • Strong administration skills and an excellent phone manner
  • The ability to build rapport with residents, staff and visitors
  • Empathy and patience when interacting with elderly residents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A professional and engaging manner
  • Flexibility, with a positive "can do" attitude
  • Computer “savvy” with proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • A high level of personal presentation
