  • Managing incoming calls and email enquiries
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Processing registrations and preparing collateral when required
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administration duties

  • Exceptional administration, organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Confidence combined with a great attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven, previous reception experience from a corporate or customer service environment
  • Available to start ASAP (and can commit for at least 2 weeks)
