About the role:
An opening exists for a Receptionist to join the team at Davis Funerals, Mt Eden working in a permanent role, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. This is an important position in our business, and is responsible for handling front-line customer service over the phone, and face to face, as well as providing general administrative support. This will include funeral related duties such as releasing of ashes, and assisting families coming to the funeral home for viewings and managing telephone and email enquiries.
About you:
This role requires you to be a team player; flexible, methodical, and practical in your approach and comfortable using a computer. You will demonstrate your professionalism by being conscientious, caring, impeccably presented, and understanding how your important role fits into the overall Funeral Home environment.
A full clean NZ driver’s licence is essential.
