Botany Skin Clinic is a newly-founded, locally-owned cosmetic skin clinic located in Botany Town Centre, and we are looking for a new full-time receptionist to join our small team.

You will be based at the front of the clinic where you will be the first point of contact with clients in real life as well as online and over the phone. Your role is integral in ensuring a positive experience for customers.

No work experience necessary! We will teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and engage with new & old clients in the clinic
• General clinic cleaning & sanitization of equipment
• Taking payments and making future bookings
• Respond to online and phone queries
• Ensuring clients are cared for pre and post treatment
• Basic administrative duties
• Teamwork with our clinic nurse & doctor to ensure a positive experience for clients

Ideally, you will be:

• Comfortable talking and working with people of all ages and cultures
• Proficient with computers & technology
• A quick-learner
• Warm and have an engaging personality
• Well-presented
• Strive to deliver a positive customer experience

Rough hours:

Mon-Fri 10am-5pm

Sat 10am-2pm

Closed on public holidays
